Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
During this time, your order has not yet entered processing, and we can issue a full cancellation with no additional fees.
After 12 Hours
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
In this case, you may still request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:

- The reason for cancellation
Our team will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped:
- Cancellation is no longer possible
- You may initiate a return after receiving the item
