  • International: 7 – 15 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may be affected by external factors.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Trailnox is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Trailnox is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contact us for assistance

We will do our best to help, but Trailnox is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will assist you with a replacement or solution.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Trailnox.
