TRAILNOX Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order through the TRAILNOX website, you agree to the terms below. We have established these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures. These policies apply to orders within the United States.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Free gifts and giveaway items are not eligible for returns. Custom orders require 10–15 days to ship and are non-refundable due to their customized nature. Our 1-year warranty still applies. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not install the product if you are unsatisfied with it. For example, hubcaps with foam tape attached may not be accepted for return because the resale value has been affected. Please return the item in its original packaging.
Any product returned without prior approval will be refused.
Note: Items must be brand new, unused, and uninstalled to be eligible for a refund. If the return is not due to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Process

For approved returns, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Products must be returned at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed upon.
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. The inspection process may take approximately 1–7 business days. After the return is approved, we will process your refund.
Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Incorrect Products, or Other Issues
If your package arrives damaged, you may accept the delivery first. After receiving the package, please contact our customer service team at service@trailnox.com. We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate return or replacement process.
Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us resolve the issue efficiently.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for products that are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective.
If you need an exchange, please contact us at service@trailnox.com and include your order number along with photos of the issue, if applicable.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
Product prices are subject to change without notice.
Please note that we do not offer price difference compensation more than one week after an order is placed.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part or content thereof, at any time without prior notice.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Refunds & Order Cancellation
If your order is still being processed and has not been shipped, you may request cancellation and a full refund.
If your order has already been fulfilled and you have received a UPS, USPS, or DHL tracking number, you may need to wait until the package arrives before initiating a return.

Once your refund has been processed, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
