By placing an order through the TRAILNOX website, you agree to the terms below. We have established these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures. These policies apply to orders within the United States.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Free gifts and giveaway items are not eligible for returns. Custom orders require 10–15 days to ship and are non-refundable due to their customized nature. Our 1-year warranty still applies. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not install the product if you are unsatisfied with it. For example, hubcaps with foam tape attached may not be accepted for return because the resale value has been affected. Please return the item in its original packaging.

Any product returned without prior approval will be refused.

Note: Items must be brand new, unused, and uninstalled to be eligible for a refund. If the return is not due to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For approved returns, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Products must be returned at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed upon.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. The inspection process may take approximately 1–7 business days. After the return is approved, we will process your refund.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect Products, or Other Issues

If your package arrives damaged, you may accept the delivery first. After receiving the package, please contact our customer service team at service@trailnox.com. We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate return or replacement process.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us resolve the issue efficiently.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products that are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective.

Great fit and look

I like the way it looks. It fits really nicely. Hopefully it last it is a very well designed product.. I will say it looks better than the cloth Interior the only drawback that I have seen so far and I’ve only had it on a couple days as that it is definitely hotter than the cloth Interior.. Another thing that I see which I have not had time to really research. Is the cover for the center console does not seem to go on and fit correct. Everything else fit like a well fitted glove. Time will tell how it’s gonna do. I still give it a five star because I was really only expecting seat covers anyway.

Great fit and highly recommended! Tip, remove front sets and install off the truck to save time and less struggle in my opinion.

Value, Fit, and Changes the Interior

2025 Tacoma SR5. Just installed. Took about an hour and a half between my wife and I. The hardest part is the front seat bottoms. They look factory and seem to be durable material and fit snugly. No brainer for the price.

Best seat covers I’ve ever installed. They fit like a glove and look really good on my 2026 Tacoma. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for seat covers for their 4th Gen Tacoma. I got the red and they match the interior perfectly. Plan to spend 1-2 hours on the installation.

EKG Custom seat covers 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD

Bought for my 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD with sport seats.These covers look awesome, and the black and gray totally matches the rest of the interior, almost OEM.A little difficult to install, meaning snug fit, but I guess if it wasn't snug the covers would move around as you sit, theae don't move around. Definitely helpful to install if you have a second pair of hands.I guess the only gripe, is that the rear headrest cover did not have a hole for the adjustable lever, it's in one of the pictures. I simply slipped on the headrest cover marked where the hole will go and cut a small hole in the material. The lever is removed by a simple retaining clip, super easy to remove and reinstall clip.Overall it took some time to install, but totally worth it, and it really looks and feels great.

A decent alternative if you don't want to spend too much on leather seats.

The entire kit was weirdly packaged. The seats covers fit decent. I pulled and tugged as much as I can, but there's still "breathing" room and its not conforming to the stock seats of the Tacoma. As other's have complained, the hole for the rear seats to enable "clipping" your seats in an up position for access to the bottom of the seats are missing. I also, like the others have mentioned, would rather not make the cut for the hole myself. I'll just be ok with just never leaving my rear bottom seats in an upward position. Just weird to make the slots for the band itself, but not the clipper.The center console lid was very difficult to install, and its not flat. Just like the seat covers. You will need the provided plastic tool to maneuver it around behind the back of it to fully cover it properly.The instruction manual was very plain and more of a "universal" instruction, not specifically for the Tacoma.Thankfully there are YouTube videos of people doing the install for pointers.Be prepared to spend at least an hour or two to properly install this. Have some good lighting for the bottom of your seats.This is a decent value to protect your seats. An alternative if you didn't fork up extra money at the dealership to "upgrade" or pick the package that had leather seats. Also a good alternative than spending thousands on custom seats from other retailers. The leather is soft, smells new, and decent quality otherwise. The zippers can be a bit finicky on wrapping the chairs and headrests.
