TRAILNOX Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through the TRAILNOX website, you agree to the terms below. We have established these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures. These policies apply to orders within the United States.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Free gifts and giveaway items are not eligible for returns. Custom orders require 10–15 days to ship and are non-refundable due to their customized nature. Our 1-year warranty still applies. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not install the product if you are unsatisfied with it. For example, hubcaps with foam tape attached may not be accepted for return because the resale value has been affected. Please return the item in its original packaging.

Any product returned without prior approval will be refused.

Note: Items must be brand new, unused, and uninstalled to be eligible for a refund. If the return is not due to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For questions, please contact us at service@trailnox.com.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at service@trailnox.com.

For approved returns, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Products must be returned at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed upon.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Precise Fitment for Toyota RAV4 — Designed specifically for Toyota RAV4 side windows, perfect for 2026 RAV4 High-Trim Version And Woodland, 2026 RAV4 base model, 2020-2025 RAV4, 2013-2019 RAV4 and 2009-2012 RAV4 (please confirm model year). Dual-mount system with magnetic attachment and adhesive clips for a secure fit on your window frames.

Front Window Shades with Reserved Viewing Area：Designed with a reserved viewing area to help maintain clear visibility while driving. The shades do not obstruct your line of sight and allow you to roll the windows up or down freely without affecting access to the window or retrieving items.

Magnetic + Clip Dual-Mount System — Secures with built-in magnets that cling to your window's metal frame, plus adhesive clips for extra stability. No suction cups, no drilling. Stays in place but removes easily with no residue. The clips provide additional holding power for bumpy roads or highway driving.

Blocks Bugs – Keeps Air Flowing — High-density mesh fabric keeps mosquitoes, flies, and other insects out while allowing fresh air to circulate. No more stuffy cabin. Perfect for camping, napping in the car, or traveling with pets.

Heat & UV Protection — Blocks direct sunlight and reduces interior temperature. Also blocks UV rays to protect your interior from fading. Provides privacy – harder to see inside from outside.

Foldable & Easy to Store — When not in use, fold or roll up and store in your door pocket or glove box. Lightweight and compact – take them anywhere.

Great for Many Scenarios — Perfect for car napping, rear seat children sleeping, traveling with pets, camping, road trips, and more. Dramatically improves rear passenger comfort.

Easy Installation — Align the sunshade with your window frame – magnets snap into place automatically, then press the adhesive clips to secure. Takes about 1-2 minutes per window.

Easy to Clean — When dirty, rinse with water or wipe with a damp cloth. Air dry and reinstall. Won't fade or warp.

What's Included — Comes with a set of magnetic mesh sunshades for your Toyota RAV4 (exact piece count varies by set – 7pcs), plus adhesive clips for secure mounting.

Note — Please confirm your RAV4 model year and window size before ordering. Window frame positions may vary between different generations. Magnetic design works with metal-frame windows (not compatible with frameless doors). Adhesive clips provide extra security on rough terrain.

These sunshade make a nice difference in my new RAV 4. I keep them installed while I’m driving in order to keep my dog cool in the backseat. It helps block the sun and create shade for him in the backseat. The rear window fit so snug that I didn’t even place the attachments

This was a great product and I'm very happy with the product.

Pitch Dark! Great Product

These are amazing! Worked so well in camping, I am very sensitive to light, especially while camping. It was pitch dark!

Window shade

Unfortunately the Product got delayed in transit so my son was not able to use for his trip. We did put them in car windows after he returned to see how they fit and if it keeps light out. Back window was a little difficult but other all others fit well and really keeps light out. He will definitely use on next trip.

Perfect fit

They fit perfect on my 2026 RAV4

Works great, keep the heat out.

A cover that fits perfectly!

Having just purchased a new car we were looking for a sun shade that actually fits not a one size fits all deal. This shade fits perfectly edge to edge, have a cut out with flaps for the mirror is brilliantly crafted, black on one side and silver the other, used for different times of the year, silver side out reduces the heat buildup in the car buy 50 degrees no lies, we have window tint on the sides and back but not the windshield, it was 92 outside and the inside was just that not a 130 plus as it got before ! Only if they had ones for the rear and sides, I see other manufacturers have them but the reviews are not great , but you will be happy pleased with this one ! Oh it takes a few tries to get the hand of twisting the cover to make three circles so it stows !

Work well, wish they were silver instead

I use these for car camping to darken at night and for privacy. I've also used them to help hide all the gear in the back when parking somewhere questionable. They do an excellent job darkening. I do have problems with one on the very small window screens not wanting to stay in but a piece of masking tape took care of it. Nice to have the screens custom sized for my car. Much easier to use than the cardboard ones I made for my first car camping trip!I do wish they were silver colored on the outside to reflect sun, like windshield screens. Having them black doesn't help with hot summer camping. To help with the heat I use curtains and bug screens on open side windows .

Trailnox was built for Toyota owners who refuse to stay on the pavement.

We started with a simple problem — most aftermarket accessories didn’t truly fit. They were generic, poorly designed, and couldn’t handle real off-road use.

But trucks like Tacoma, Tundra, and 4Runner are built for more.

So we built Trailnox

Every product we make is designed specifically for Toyota vehicles, engineered for durability, precision fit, and real-world performance. From daily driving to the toughest trails, our gear is made to protect, perform, and last.

This isn’t just about accessories.
