TRAILNOX Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through the TRAILNOX website, you agree to the terms below. We have established these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures. These policies apply to orders within the United States.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Free gifts and giveaway items are not eligible for returns. Custom orders require 10–15 days to ship and are non-refundable due to their customized nature. Our 1-year warranty still applies. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not install the product if you are unsatisfied with it. For example, hubcaps with foam tape attached may not be accepted for return because the resale value has been affected. Please return the item in its original packaging.

Any product returned without prior approval will be refused.

Note: Items must be brand new, unused, and uninstalled to be eligible for a refund. If the return is not due to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Process

For approved returns, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Products must be returned at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed upon.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. The inspection process may take approximately 1–7 business days. After the return is approved, we will process your refund.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect Products, or Other Issues

If your package arrives damaged, you may accept the delivery first. After receiving the package, please contact our customer service team at service@trailnox.com. We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate return or replacement process.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us resolve the issue efficiently.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products that are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective.

If you need an exchange, please contact us at service@trailnox.com and include your order number along with photos of the issue, if applicable.

It’s fits in the slot perfectly.

Great little pocket

It fits my 2025 RAV4 perfectly. The only thing I would change is the handle it’s flat. I wish I had like a thing you can grab like a little indentation in it besides that it works great for what it’s used for I put my remotes for my wheelchair and my lights.

Fits securely!

I just purchased a RAV4 and I was so excited at first I didn’t notice all the little things like how there are a bunch of empty books and crannies all over that are sort of useless without the right accessories. This is exactly what SHOULD be there in that space. Seriously why isn’t there even a lip there?? Silly. But this works great to hold spare change, ID badge, or other knick knacks. I was a little worried if I filled it up it would slide out while driving, but it stays put! Easy to remove and easy to put in. Exactly why I needed!

Make the little open space more useful.

The draw works great in my 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybird. It makes the little open compartment much more useful. I highly recommend.

This was a great addition to my Toyota Rav 4.. It acts like a little drawer in the dash board to hold gum, and other small objects.

Good fit, but

Good fit and stays in place when fully inserted. But no stop and you can pull right out if not careful. I use it to keep my garage door opener.

Buy it!

Worth the purchase! Without this the console is just a pit of jumbled stuff you have to dig through to get to the few items really needed. This should have just been a standard item issued with the car…but it wasn’t. Every one should have this!

Fits perfectly

Fit well, I'm wondering if it would've been better left as it was. The drawer is a little small so when you.open it you have to be careful not to open it fast or it comes right out. If youre trying to hide something from people who will break a window to get at a couple of one dollar bills, its perfect.

Adds a handy drawer to an otherwise rather useless cubbyhole.

This fills what is otherwise a rather useless cubbyhole in the RAV4. The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five is because it needed a stop to keep it from pulling all the way out. I was able to make a stop, so now it works very well.

Fits great!

I would give it 5 stars but their other products come with the rubber inserts...this doesn't but should! It would make the items inside, not slide and make noise. To help mine not slide out as easy and make the stuff inside stay more in place, I used the grips to open jars. They work nicely. Overall, great product!!

Make use of a less than functional space

This is a nice fit for an open space that gets very little use. Due to the open nature of this area, the shelf doesn’t get used much. Now with the drawer we can actually use this space without the risk of items falling out. A few coins could sit in there before, but now we can store spare change in there. It makes it a lot nicer than the few coins the organizers allow in the center console. It’s a sturdy quality plastic, and it settles in perfectly without slipping out. It’s a good price for what you get, and it’s a simple open design for storing whatever you need. Installation couldn’t be easier. You simply plop it in the space and push. Done. You’re more organized and you have a functional space that wasn’t very useful before.
