TRAILNOX Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through the TRAILNOX website, you agree to the terms below. We have established these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures. These policies apply to orders within the United States.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Free gifts and giveaway items are not eligible for returns. Custom orders require 10–15 days to ship and are non-refundable due to their customized nature. Our 1-year warranty still applies. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not install the product if you are unsatisfied with it. For example, hubcaps with foam tape attached may not be accepted for return because the resale value has been affected. Please return the item in its original packaging.

Any product returned without prior approval will be refused.

Note: Items must be brand new, unused, and uninstalled to be eligible for a refund. If the return is not due to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For questions, please contact us at service@trailnox.com.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Good console covers with useful side pockets

I got this silicon cover to protect the console and add extra storage next to the seats. When I received the package I was concerned because the product was folded and bent, but eventually it flattened out. There are two areas where they don’t sit completely flush with the console but it still stays in place. The color and material blends well the car’s interior, and unless you look closely, you don’t realize there is a cover. If you purchased a silicon cover for the cup holders, keep in mind the material will overlap. However, it’s not too noticeable. As for the side pockets, they are a bit snug between the seats because I put some seat covers, but the material is flexible and not rigid, so I was able to get them to fit. The side pockets keep small items from falling between the seats and you can store your phone and other small items. The pockets are not very deep though.Quality of the silicon cover appears good. Only time will tell how it holds up in the sun and hear.

Quality add on.

Love it. It’s gets just a tiny loose fitting on the side. But 4.5/5 star.

Perfect OEM-Like Fit and Great Organization Upgrade

This silicone dashboard organizer fits my 2026 RAV4 perfectly and looks like it came straight from the factory. The soft, eco-friendly material feels high quality, odorless, and durable, and it sits neatly without any gaps or shifting. It’s very practical for keeping small items like phones, keys, cards, and wallets organized, while also preventing clutter and noise in the cabin. I really like that it doesn’t interfere with seat adjustments or legroom, and everything remains easy to reach while driving.Installation was effortless—just place it in position with no adhesive or tools needed. It also cleans easily with water, which is a big plus. Overall, a simple but very effective interior upgrade for keeping the dashboard tidy and functional.

Trailnox was built for Toyota owners who refuse to stay on the pavement.

We started with a simple problem — most aftermarket accessories didn’t truly fit. They were generic, poorly designed, and couldn’t handle real off-road use.

But trucks like Tacoma, Tundra, and 4Runner are built for more.

So we built Trailnox

Every product we make is designed specifically for Toyota vehicles, engineered for durability, precision fit, and real-world performance. From daily driving to the toughest trails, our gear is made to protect, perform, and last.

This isn’t just about accessories.
