By placing an order through the TRAILNOX website, you agree to the terms below. We have established these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures. These policies apply to orders within the United States.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Free gifts and giveaway items are not eligible for returns. Custom orders require 10–15 days to ship and are non-refundable due to their customized nature. Our 1-year warranty still applies. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not install the product if you are unsatisfied with it. For example, hubcaps with foam tape attached may not be accepted for return because the resale value has been affected. Please return the item in its original packaging.

Any product returned without prior approval will be refused.

Note: Items must be brand new, unused, and uninstalled to be eligible for a refund. If the return is not due to a product defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

For approved returns, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Products must be returned at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed upon.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. The inspection process may take approximately 1–7 business days. After the return is approved, we will process your refund.

Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Incorrect Products, or Other Issues

If your package arrives damaged, you may accept the delivery first. After receiving the package, please contact our customer service team at service@trailnox.com. We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate return or replacement process.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us resolve the issue efficiently.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products that are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective.

Designed for 3rd Gen Tacoma (2016-2023) — Purpose-built for the 2016-2023 Tacoma driver side A-pillar . As the factory did not install a handle on the driver side, this is a direct replacement/upgrade that uses factory mounting points . Features OEM-matching texture and color – blends perfectly with the passenger side factory handle .

Fits 2016-2023 Tacoma — all cab configurations and trim levels (SR, SR5, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, Limited, etc.).

Designed for 4th Gen Tacoma (2024-2026) — Engineered specifically for the 2024-2026 fourth-generation Tacoma. The 4th gen features a completely redesigned A-pillar and interior structure . Factory mounting provisions exist on the driver side A-pillar, but aftermarket handles must be molded specifically for this new generation — not compatible with 3rd gen parts .

Fits 2024-2026 Tacoma — all trims including SR, SR5, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, TRD Pro, Limited, Trailhunter .

Great Accessory for Tacoma Owners

Awesome! Great quality and value, OEM quality and one of the easiest installs I have ever done; took approximately 20 minutes if you include time watching the installation video.As an additional precaution, I disconnected the negative cable on the battery to avoid any accidental deployment of the airbag.Highly recommend this product to fellow Taco owners. Why Toyota stopped including this in their trucks is beyond me!!

Looks OEM

Easy install and looks OEM. Comes with tools to remove the panels. 3rd gen Tacomas should come this way.

Must Have

This is a must have to 3rd generation Toyota Tacoma owners. This grab handle should have came with the car from the factory, but since it did not, Trailnox did a great job on this product. The color match, the texture match is pretty spot on. And lets be honest, nobody is looking that closely at something like a grab handle. The handle is extremely easy to install and there are plenty of videos online if you need visual help. The handle is rock solid and does not move when getting in or out of the vehicle putting a lot of your body weight on it. This item is worth every penny to make getting in and out of your truck easier.

Get this, like others have Said, install was super easy. A bit of gap on the handle but it was worth it for me; used it every time I got out. Then a month later, I get into a head on collision and I can confirm that it did not mess with the airbag! Picture is in the junk yard, they cut the airbag out to have easier access, but I can attest that it was fully deployed. Currently ordering another one for my new truck.

Best Tacoma interior mod hands down!

One of the best mods you can do for your Tacoma. I love my truck but the biggest gripe for the interior was no grab handle on the driver side. This solves that with a very OEM look. Only took about 5 minutes to install and comes with all the hardware and even tools to do so. It is very sturdy as well.If you’re on the fence about buying it just purchase it! Well worth the money.

High quality grab handle for 3rd Gen Tacoma

Wanted one of these driver side grab handles for while but could only find it in black. When I saw it available in my trim color immediately ordered it. Installation was a breeze, the fit and color match is absolute perfection with a solid, firm mount. Looks and functions like OEM. This is a high quality, well designed grab handle.

Quality of manufacturing and materials is great, the color and texture are very good as well. I’ve been in search of this upgrade that should have been standard equipment for three years. Very happy with Trailnox and I recommend this for the 3rd generation Tacoma

2021 Tacoma, Highly recommend!

Looks great, fits like OEM, STURDY, color matches with passenger side. It’s great to have a handle on the driver’s side! My initial concern was air bag deployment if in an accident. Even though the description states it has been certified, I don’t trust the manufacturer. Having a handle isn’t worth risking my life. What sold me was another review stated (and had piks) his air bag deployment worked during an accident. We’ll see if there’s any fading due to UV and note on here if this happens. Highly recommend this product.

Easy peasy installation!

This grab bar is clearly a 5 star item. It matches the OEM color perfectly, It fits like it is an OEM piece.The installation took about thirty minutes after viewing the linked video a couple of times.Highly recommended. I am 85 years old and had no problems installing the grab bar.It costs a few dollars more than some other similar items but has the most reviews and sales.

Would recommend!!

Its a perfect fit. OEM style and quality. Only note is id you have the JBL system, the trim over the tweeter does not say "JBL" on it. So driver side will not have it and the passenger side will say it. And the trim isnt transferable from the OEM to this product due to the factory cover melting the tabs on vs this product uses screws. Also wish the included hardware came with a washer for better pressure dispersment, though its is not required. I would recommend this.

Best upgrade yet

Toyota should have included this from the factory on third-generation Tacomas, but they didn’t—so this is an excellent upgrade modification. Fitment is spot on and it looks factory once installed. All tools needed were included in the package, making installation super easy and quick. The handle feels very solid and makes getting in and out of the truck noticeably easier. A simple, well-designed upgrade that should have been standard equipment.
